Bach Flower™ Single Essences - 38 Choices to Naturally Heal Emotions!

All-natural, non-toxic, non-addictive, and not interacting with any medications, each of the 38 remedies discovered by Dr. Edward Bach of England, and in use around the world since 1934, is directed at a particular characteristic or emotional state.

To select the essences you need, think about the sort of person you are and the way you are currently feeling, and what you would like to naturally shift to joy, calm, peace, etc.

Up to seven essences may be taken orally, (2-4 drops of each), or in pure water, (2-4 drops of each), or added to a small amber glass spray bottle and sprayed around head four times a day, or when needed.  Keep spray away from eyes.

NOTE: If pregnant, under age 18, or in recovery, do NOT take internally - but you may spray the essences around you for a similar effect. Keep spray away from eyes. ♥♥♥
